Hello, and welcome aboard! I know I speak for everyone when I say welcome to one of the most exciting drama scenes in the country; we are very happy to have you! Oxford drama is unique, intense and so much fun, with access to theatre spaces ranging from 50-600 seats, and amazing resources like our links with the RSC and successful alumni in all areas of the industry. So, whether you just want to have a lot of fun, or gain some training in order to go pro, there is so much for you to get involved in, and it is going to be great.

My name’s Jack Powell, and I’m your Freshers’ Rep for OUDS! It’s my job to help you get yourself ready and raring to go with drama at Oxford (as well as to bring you good things like Freshers’ drinks (Thursday of 1st week). I’m here for any first years with quibbles or queries you have about drama at Oxford - whether it be how to keep up on plays, auditions, competitions and events that are coming up, how to balance drama with subject work, or if you have any questions about the annual drama cuppers competition.
