Becoming a member of OUDS is easy; just enter your details in the fields below, and hit "create"!

If you already have an account on the old OUDS website, you don't need to create a new one (in fact, you won't be allowed to!). Just log in to the new site with your old username and password, and a new account will be magically created for you.

Any current member of Oxford University (undergrad, postgrad, or fellow) is automatically elegible for membership. Students at Oxford Brookes, Ruskin College, and general interested parties, may apply for membership, which is at the discression of the Committee. Your username is the abbreviation OUCS use to identify your Herald/Nexus email account, "sjoh1234", "magd5678", etc.

You must register with your Oxford email address. You can change it after registration, but it is used to confirm that you are an Oxford University member.

Matriculation date:
Your matriculation date is the term and year of your first term at Oxford.
Graduation date:
Your graduation date is the term and year of your last term at Oxford; your graduation date is the end of that term.
Mobile phone no:
Mobile phone number is optional; if you provide it, it will be passed to the organisers of plays you audition for, or other situations where people might need to contact you.
