Auditions: Production Companies
In order for us to set up your audition on the auditions portal, we need some details from you. Please use the form below to provide us with what we need. Auditions will usually be up and running in less than 48 hours, so please submit the form at least a week before you intend to hold your auditions.
If you'd like your show to also be advertised through the OUDS Termcard, you can submit your details here.
Please make sure that your audition call, whether on the OUDS portal or elsewhere, and the auditions themselves, comply with the OUDS guidelines which can be found here.
We'll notify you when your audition is set up, and will provide you with details of how to see your bookings. If you have run auditions through the OUDS portal before with the same production company, we will attach the audition to the same account that you used last time.
Auditionees will receive a confirmation email upon booking their slot, and will also receive a reminder email 24 hours before their audition. Both emails will contain links to reschedule or cancel their audition, which reduces no-shows compared to other systems. Cancelled auditions immediately become available to be booked by others.

Actors won't automatically be informed that a new audition has been added to the portal, so you'll need to publicise your auditions in the normal ways, through the OUDS Newsletter and social media etc. If you tick 'yes' below to have your audition advertised in the OUDS Newsletter, we will add it to the next one automatically, so please don't also submit it as an item.
